Not too long ago, we were able to help one of our customers with their order acknowledgment process. They were receiving orders via email, putting that information into one of their systems, running a batch file process at night, then going through some internal processing before they could finally generate an acknowledgment back to their customer. Phew! This was taking between 24 and 48 hours. We wouldn't say that what we do is rocket science, but we do help our customers discover little changes that can be made to a business process that can have a big impact. |
